Fire hazard

It gets so hot when oven is on you can barely stand in front of it to use stove top. The knobs get untouchable. The console is extremely hot as well. The plastic selection tabs will not last long. I worry that my back splash will get damaged. Very disappointed. Will not use oven again. I’m in my 60’s and have used many stoves over the years. Have never had one get so hot during use. Seems to be a fire hazard. Also the grates on stove are already chipping and losing paint after just a few uses. But I must say Alvin K with Best Buy did a great job resolving this problem.

The color goes with my other appliances, but they refused to replace it with a similar oven.
