Can you believe this stove comes with no racks or a broiler pan. I purchased it on a black Friday sale. The delivery and installation was a complete nightmare. The third party company they use are the absolute worst. They delivered my stove and never installed it, although I was charged with install, set up and haul. All they did was deliver it. Now I have two stoves, I had to pay a plumber to install it and remove it from my house and now its been sitting in the back of my house. The third party company never came to haul it away because the van broke down. Good luck trying to call BestBuy and reschedule your on hold forever. This service stinks!!

Purchased this range to replace a broken one. It works as intended and haven’t had any issues so far.

Has no light. The Burner covers are slippery and maybe a bit too high The oven racks...everything slides off of the them I almost burned myself a few times.

Great product works well, delivery was fast, and I ordered 2 stoves. My mother in law just received her stove overseas and loves it.

Delivered and installed by a third party contractor. They refused to test the oven when they were done with install. Tested burners though and they were working fine. Everything was rushed, quick in and quick out. I forgot to check the oven racks where they were installing... so the next morning I opened the oven and found only ONE rack! Called Best Buy, they took my number and told me the floor manager will call me back... NO call! Very unhappy!

Great range. My only concern is, the front burner when set to the lowest number the burner is still pretty high. Other than that the range is pretty good.

This range is reliable and was priced very reasonably. I previously had a much more expensive range, and this one seems better built.

This oven was put in by our home builder, we did not choose it. I have the same issues others have with the only burner you can actually cook on low with being in the back, and the burner grates not being level. Another annoying thing is that the space under the oven is for broiling only. You can’t store anything in there. So it’s a waste of space and anything in there gets super hot even when you aren’t using the broil function. My main issue is that when you use the oven - the ENTIRE front of the oven gets hot. Very hot! The only part safe to touch is the actual oven door handle. My kids are older and we don’t have any pets, but babies or toddlers would get burned if they were to touch it while the oven is on. That cannot be safe!

I want to scream to the gods how much I hate this oven and how upset I am that my careless landlord stuck me with this instead of getting the old one fixed. I guarantee majority of these positive reviews are fake. So far I’ve run it collectively for an hour and a half and have not gotten rid of the chemical burn off. The stove will blacken onions in oil on the lowest possible setting - the stove’s low or ‘1’ would be at least a six on my old oven. Flames on ‘1’ are touching the metal. The grates are cheap and my pans will spin when I try to stir something with one hand. Pans have also slid right off the burner untouched. Already experiencing some difficulty lighting. Even the towel rack annoys me because the lighters are perfectly positioned to block your hand from casually hanging anything on it. Installers dented the side so it can’t sit as far back as it should. I know I have yet to even discover the many other reasons this is a cheap piece of trash product, but since my landlord doesn’t care I hope I can at least convince you not to buy it. I want my 70’s era metal stove back.

Don’t buy this stove unless you enjoy getting on hands and knees to use broiler. Horrible design, rack is not even included for broiler, and when you take one of the two racks out of oven part you will need to get on the floor to put the rack into broiler so you can use it. Then when you do use it to broil something the rack doesn’t even pull out, so every time you want to check your food, plan on getting back down on the floor to pull the rack out so you can flip or check on food. Seriously who ever came up with this design obviously does not cook. I would give this oven minus -5 stars, if I could!!!!

I had this range for two years and from the beginning it showed signs of problems. The burners were emitting too much flame or too little flame. Like other users reported, sometimes it would take a few clicks for it to turn on, releasing a great amount of gas. The major issue was found in the control module. I had it replaced three times in the course of two years. It would go faulty very randomly. Another major issue is the bulb it uses inside the oven. The bulb that is compatible with this model is not capable of sustaining heat and it would burst inside the oven, making it a safety issue. Another issue is with the oven door. It gets hotter than what is comfortable to the touch. While it won't cause a first-degree burn, it will hurt if you touch it. Making it unsafe around little kids.
