Do not buy e-gift cards from best buy! I bought an e-gift card on august 13th and it is now September 21st and NO gift card! I have called best buy over a dozen times and they say it’s out of their hands, I have called the third party seller that sells the e-gift card and said they would return my money and that’s been 3 weeks ago. VERY DISAPPOINTING! As a high tech company you would think they could do more to help but all they will say to you is “ we can’t help you with that any further”

Amazon has an insane amount of items having a gift card is a very good option when you don't want to use your debit or credit card.

I purchased a digital gift card expecting it to be delivered right away as advertised. It’s now been over a day, and I still haven’t received anything. The birthday I needed it for has already come and gone, and this completely ruined the surprise. Very disappointed with the delay and the lack of communication. I won’t be purchasing digital gifts from here again unless they fix their delivery issues.

Should be able to pick any amount but it was quick and overall a fast and easy way to get a gift card.

I ordered 3 Amazon gift cards. 2 cards arrived via email within minutes. Hours later the 3rd didn't arrive. I first used the chat bot, no info other than order not ready yet. The order status says it will be emailed when ready. The live chat was no help. Said to call the support number. They said my order is on a "system hold" and it may be another 24 hours until I get the card. So I cancelled. They said it could be 7-10 days until I get my refund. Needless to say, Best Buy is now in my NEVER AGAIN file. Realize that sometimes gift cards are purchased because they are needed right away for something.

Took a little while to send over (less than an hour though). But besides that everything went great!
