I have never had to wait this long to redeem my gift card. I purchased it at 8:30am and it’s 6:39 pm and still no code has been emailed to redeem.

My money was instantly decremented, however it’s been almost 24 hours and I have yet to receive any codes! The whole point of digital delivery is for the instant results, this is outrageous

Do not order $500 or more as they will take your money and put a hold on emailing you the digital delivery and you will have to wait several days before they send it to you.

Do not buy any Amazon digital card! Never was sent to my email! Not buying from them again! Horrible!

Amazon gift card purchase from bestbuy are bad e-gift got $400 in total $200 each they’re all bad and I didn’t get a refund for my money from Best Buy I recommend all other product except this Amazon cards !

Don’t remove the trial offer that comes with this digital gift card or you might be like me and four days later you still don’t have a DIGITAL gift card.

its been 2 days and my order is still stuck on " order received" nothing has changed

Almost 24 hours and still have not received an email for my cards when it should be digital and delivered within an hour at the latest.

Ordered 4 digital gift cards at the same time, got 3 of them in less than ten minutes and I’m still waiting for the last one to be emailed to me. It’s been 2.5 hours now.

A horrible experience . Spent hours on phone with no resolution trying to receive card.

If you need this quickly, this is the worst option you can choose, it took more than a day to send it to me.

This is my third time buying these for gifts. The first two worked. The last one never came. Money wasted. Buy at your own risk!

24hours still no card I would recommend buying it In person.

It took so long for the digital card to arrive, that the item I was buying was no longer on sale.

No code or enail sent and customer service couldn’t help. Still trying to get refund or code.

i live in guam us territory found out could not use best buy would not give me credit so i lost 100.00

Took +4 hours to actually receive digital gift card delivery.

Best Buy is garbage. Their digital gift card system doesn’t work half the time.
