I like that I can purchase an Amazon gift card through bestbuy and use my Best Buy credit card to make the purchase with . The digital gift card is ready to be redeemed within minutes of purchasing online . Then all the person who received the gift card has to do is go to their Amazon gift card link and input the gift card number to redeem that amount to their Amazon gift card balance .

Like multiple previous reviewers, I am also a victim of this eGift card fraud. My $200 Amazon eGift card purchased on December 2024 failed on redemption with message that it has been already redeemed. Asked Amazon for redemption details and they can only share that information with Bestbuy. Asked Bestbuy to contact Amazon to find out when it was redeemed, Bestbuy refused to help, refused to investigate further, and refuse to send replacement. This is not a physical gift card and there are no external store thieves to blame. Who have the access to these eGift card codes? Please think twice before buying eGift cards at Bestbuy.
