Here I am 24 hours later with money gone and no gift card. Customer service was useless in helping me. They chocked it up to technical difficulties... a technology based company... amazing. Maybe Geek Squad can come show you how to send an email with a 12 digit code in it in less than 24 hours. Trash service, if I had known it would take an immense amount of time, I would have gone to the store and gotten it. Don't offer a facade of a service if you cannot fulfill a simple transaction in a timely manner.

It says when you buy the card you would get it immediately. It took almost a week in me having to contact them over and over again and they kept saying it’s coming, but took over a week.
