Horrible!!!!! Took two days to receive it via email and customer service was so rude when I called in for help!

They will not solve any problem and give refund if you met any problem while redemption.

A week after purchasing online and several conversations with "customer service" Including the digital download department, I still received no redemption code e-mail, not in my incoming folder, spam, nowhere to be found. Customer service was a joke, best buy took my money.

11 hours later it still says "order received" tried to cancel. Couldnt. Never been so frustrated getting help! 2nd time I've ordered, The first time was a disaster, too.

The service is nice but it takes soooo long for the code to be delivered. I’ve been waiting for over 24 hours now and I still haven’t received my code. Support was extremely unhelpful as well.

Took 5days to get it! Avoid at all costs unless you’re a snail

Trying to redeem digital gift card and keeps saying bad request

It should not take a full day for a digital gift card after it's been paid for. I honestly do not understand what could possibly be causing such a delay.

I didn’t want to give this 1 star review 1 star, but I had no choice. Don’t buy! It’s been almost 2 days since I purchased, and still haven’t received my gift card code.

I am experiencing the same as other reviewers - I ordered a gift card for email delivery and it appears to be taking forever to get delivered.

I didn’t receive it and it was stupid to buy I think they are scammers

I bought this july 5th and i still can't use it and bestbuy wont refund it.

was surprised that a digital gift card took many days to just process as an order and be sent a confirmation for.

Gift card code MIA after 24 hours. Useless service that should be removed from your site if you can't provide a simple, basic service. Trash.

For some reason just like the PlayStation cards anything other than an Xbox gift card no matter what it is will not come through my email I don't know if I'm the only one having this problem or not but I did get a refund for this one.

I have never had to wait this long to redeem my gift card. I purchased it at 8:30am and it’s 6:39 pm and still no code has been emailed to redeem.

Can’t retrieve code despite copying the order number and pasting it. Now it’s locked with no instructions on how to unlock it.
