I just assumed it would be a nice, easy purchase since it’s Best Buy & it’s delivered digitally. WRONG. The money has been pulled from my bank account, but nothing regarding the gift card. It still doesn’t exist & I can’t dispute or cancel the transaction because it isn’t “complete” yet. They have my money, but I don’t have the goods. I feel like that’s theft & it seems to be common practice, according to all the reviews that I SHOULD have read. This isn’t okay.

I've been waiting for more than 48 hours and the item I planned to purchase is no longer on sale. After reading these reviews, I'm not even sure my card codes will work. Would NOT recommend buying digital gift cards through Best Buy.

I ordered it as it said you will get soon but it didn't arrive for 3 hours so called them and they said we can't cancel it or process it soon it will take time and wait for 2 hours. After waiting for 3 hours they asked to wait till end of the day. They will take make you call 10 places to get this sorted and will still not sort. If you accidentally ordered, just wait for few days atleast you will not waste your time.

The order is still processing and customer service tells me it can take 48 hours to fill the order. 48 hrs for a digital gift card delivery?!?!? That defeats the entire point of purchasing a digital gift card. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else to purchase

I canceled my first $700 giftcard order, by recommendation from the customer care rep and then reordered. To now be stuck waiting endlessly for my egift card numbers...again. I was told I would have them within 30 minutes...... now 3-5 days for my refund to reflect in my account and bestbuy and their egift card vendor have to go make the right bets in vegas to be able to fulfill the egift card activation codes. Insanely disappointed as I was pressed for time and chose your company over other recommended amazon gift card providers. smh Never again.

I verified that my bank released the money. Best Buy had the money in their pocket. They still will not release the DIGITAL Gift Card. Assume you are wasting your time here, because that is what will happen.
