Purchased this online had issues with retrieving the card links that were sent in email had issues would not route to the card bad links multiple calls to customer service ( over seas) agents very hard to understand and deal with , if you get a card buy in store they will help you there if you have issues

I saw nothing but good reviews about the Amazon gift cards, and I wish I could say the same, but unfortunately I cannot. I purchased three $100 gift cards for Valentine’s Day here it is two day after and I have still not received the gift cards via email. I called Best Buy to inquire about why I had not received it and was transferred three times place on hold for a long time and then offered to get a phone call back instead of waiting, which never came. So so, even as I write this review, I still have not received those Valentine’s Day gift cards so now it looks like I didn’t even get my boyfriend anything for Valentine’s Day?
