Happy with this purchase. For the price overall picture and sound are excellent. Long time Amazon Fire customer, finding controls and set up intuitive, which was their plan I’m sure.

We bought this for my mother in laws house. She has trouble switching from all the apps to Dish but that is normal when it comes to electronics for her. We just found over the phone hard to explain steps to switch back and forth. Otherwise TV sound and look is great.

It was very good to have Best Buy near us. Love the TV.

Wanted to upgrade to a 4K TV. I figured I would get a fire tv. Convenient to log into my Amazon account and have access to all my prime content. Screen is bright and clear. Sound is excellent. Very happy with my purchase. Thanks Best Buy!

Great value. Bought for bedroom use and its a good size and the functions work very well. no lag or wifi issues. The built in speakers are also good, not using a sound bar at the moment.

Amazing picture and good sound. I bought a sound bar to make it louder but it was loud enough. I just prefer bass and surround sound. The picture quality is amazing its my first 4k tv definitely recommend it. Love that it has Alexa too. Overall great purchase.

So far I am loving the tv. The picture is crisp and clear. The sound is decent so that's great as my last tv's sound was not great. Now I hope for the tv to have a long life.

Great product. Be aware that it will not fit on a regular piece of furniture in a bedroom. You will need something wide enough to accommodate the bottom feet since there is no center stand. Not a problem, just something to keep in mind when deciding where to put it.

Great picture and sound. Easy to setup and and hookup devices

Really in love with this tv. The display is vibrant colors, everything is working great including all apps. Downside is needing to use a Amazon acct. Thankfully I had one. The tv was easy to set up. The tv weight close to nothing to easy to carry over to place the tv was set.

Good for the price, quality picture and ease of set up.

This TV is great. I added an antenna and now I don’t have to switch sources between antenna and streaming apps. Looks great and sounds way better than my last tv.

So far so good, good picture, good sound. Just hope it last longer than my 50'' Insignia I purchased less 2 years ago on black friday.

Worth the money. Bought for my mother in law . The remote with speech was exactly what she needed. Tv looks good with nice picture . Sound is good as well.

Easy to set inbox and set up. So easy, just plug it in and connect to wifi. I have been using fire stick for main tv/movie watching for years, so I really love the ease of having the fire tv connected without needing the fire stick

Hands down best tv ever purchased! I've owned a vizio smartcast and a TCL Roku and both don't compare. Image quality is superb, I love that it has Alexa and that it delivers notifications even when the tv is off.

The TV is GREAT! No issues at all. Until you lose the remote... it is impossible to pair another fire stick remote to this TV. Best Buy is replacing the entire TV because it is a known issue.

Great TV. I went with this tv because it is one of the few tv’s out there with built in Bluetooth. The Bluetooth and picture quality are great

Perfect for a spare bedroom. Built in Firestick is a plus. Picture quality is ok and there is no way to turn off the standby light on the bottom of the TV.
