It is an incredible TV. It was for her ...happy wife!

For the price the quality of the image isn’t the best. I returned the tv in a week and changed it for the Toshiba one. I saved much money and happy about the decision. That was my experience tho !

WITHIN ONE WEEK no picture SOUND ONLY YOU WILL PROBABLY SEE A RETURN IF GEEK SQUAD CANNOT FIX IT AT RESIDENCE AND THERE IS NO IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT FOR ME MY EXPERIENCE IN BUYING COMPUTERS AND SMART TY IS BEST BEST BUY IS WORST BUY

stopped working the first month, had to give it back... Best Buy sent a crew out to exchange it with a new one...

Very difficult to tune a clear picture. Colors are great, could never get a clear picture for objects in the back of screen

So far so good alexa has trouble hearing and its froze on me a few times hopefully they can fix the bugs with updates if not not the greatest buy

Bad quality picture , it is slow and hangs, takes forever to start. this tv shouldn’t exist

There was an issue with the Fire OS. I couldn’t download many important apps like disney, hulu.

Alexa stopped working in two mnths and remote is not working ar all

Overall, this tv has a picture quality that is 1,000,000 time better than my prior TV. Vibrant colors, refresh rate slower than pther TVs on the market but faster than any TV i have had prior, and crisp quality. For the price, its not awful. Its short commings fall on its proccesing speed, app store, and OS in general. Apps like peacock (which is prsset in the facorty remote!) won’t load movies and upon reinstallition attempt, won’t even download. In sprit of fairness, this is an issue im having with my fire stick max (or whatever its called) but it speaks volumes to amazon’s tv and streaming device quality. I recomend that if you dont already havw an amazon ecosystem in your home, get another TV and then an Apple TV if you have an apple eacosystem in your house. Really all of the best parts of this TV is the parts that amazon had no part in.

I HAVE PURCHASED 4 amazon fire tvs over past few years, Toshiba brand. Decided to try this new Omni Series QLED 4K and am very disappointed in the poor picture quality Each of previous Toshiba models have had much more clarity and color accuracy. I like the platform, the way Amazon Fire TVs work with many different apps, but not so much fun watching a 2nd rate picture!

I bought this Fire TV Omni on black Friday when it was on sale. The TV is not the best in picture quality but it's pretty decent for a mid level TV. Problem I'm have is I keep getting a error message saying the network advisor app is currently unavailable and to update my device. Which I have done. It's only the latest software and I'm still getting this error message. Several calls to Amazon technical support and they don't have an answer for this problem. The TV works fine. Your just unable to troubleshoot your network due to this issue. If that's not a deal breaker for you and it's in your price range, then go ahead and buy this TV. I should've spent a few more bucks and got a Samsung

My wife and I just got this tv and mounted it, within less than an hour we made a decision to return. This was my first time buying a non samsung/LG tv and probably my last. Would not recommend buying this due to the poor quality. We turned on a movie shot in 4k on HBO and the picture looked like 1080p at best.

This isn't a super fancy $1k tv, but what this does really well is integrate Amazon's fire tv program with a very solid tv. Alexa works flawlessly with the TV and the sound and picture works great. Customizing the settings has been simple and everyone in my family have been able to use the features on the TV easily.

Amazing picture, great sound, super easy to set-up and use. Movies, sports and gaming are an experience now with this tv. Planning on buying the 43" for the bedroom. Awesome tv for the price.

This smart tv has beautiful, vivid color and I love that I can turn it off by voice through Alexa.

I love this TV. I had purchased a 75" Insignia last year and had some issues, I upgraded to this. The picture is AMAZING for the price. I love that I don't see any shadows like edge lit TV's have. Definitely a must buy, especially if you are on a budget like me.

Works great, no issues, reasonable price. Fully satisfied with my purchase. Probably not for gamers who need extreme picture quality, but for regular users works very good.
