We are sorry you are having trouble with your Alexa Voice Remote! The new remote will need paired to the TV you wish to use it with. We recommend taking the batteries out of the old one if it is nearby to make this process easier. You can hold down the home button on the remote for ten seconds and the small light at the top should begin blinking to pair. If you need further assistance, please call us!
