No more looking for the app it right there at our fingertips however the price is too much for a basic contril, for that i can buy a whole firestick. That is the 3 star reason due to the price

The remote is fast, yet cheap feeling in hand. I love the volume buttons and you can control your TV with this remote including powering on/off tv.

Sync to the fire tive with no issue easy process to get it linked. Has been working well with bo issues and love the new hot spot buttons as well.

If your HDMI connection is plugged into the ARC input; you should be able to control the volume of your TV and/or Soundbar

The associate that I dealt with the second time was excellent.
