It’s pretty simple to pair the new remote and once paired you will be back in business.

I purchased it to replace a lost remote. I like this one much better because of the additional program functions on the bottom. My old remote did not have these. (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney)

Having the quick buttons to go directly to your favorite streaming service is a nice feature, and the microphone is a lot more useful than I would have imagined.

Great replacement item. I keep one handy in case if I lose or break a remote due to the fact that I have children that’s always doing either or so you can’t go wrong with having one of these close by.
