I tried for 2 days to pair this with my TV. Searched videos, suggestions tried them alll various times without it pairing. So returning the product. Tried as replacement which it was with various options given tried all 4 different steps and still doesnt work. I have an amazon fire tv also and it was supposed to work with my tv too. Even checked compatibility ...nope not the problem. I gave up too frustrating.

When I purchased the TV I had internet access but moved somewhere without it and was only using the remote to turn on/off and regulate volume. I purchased this recommended replacement but could not pair it without WiFi so I couldn't even use it to perform those 2 basic functions. Returned it and purchased an $8 universal at WalMart.
