Everything worked as it should. This remote is not the one pictured. No added volume control button. I would have given it 5 stars, but the price was over $30 and I could have gotten an entirely new firestick and remote for just over $40

Easy to set up , easy to use. I travel a lot and I use this when away from home.. if you have pay services, its easy to install apps and get your fav shows on the road.

Needed one due to battery leakage ruining the one for my fire cube . It works great better than the app I downloaded . just feel its a little expensive for just the remote compared to buying a fire stick and remote.

Set up takes longer than expected. That was a bit frustrating. After set up, we were good to go since other remote stopped working after about a year. Cost should be less. Almost as much as buying a new fire stick package.

Love the amazon fire stick remote with Alexa built in. We use the feature all the time and it’s great. Dropped old remote into some water and it was nice to be able to replace without spending an arm and a leg.

I needed to replace my remote for a FireStick/Remote combo pack. This remote was exactly the same as the original. Extremely easy to operate!

I like that the product has the new volume control. I do think that 29.99 for only the remote was a bit costly, considering the complete package cost $39.99. If the remote came with a locator that could use an app, that would be great!

Just plug it in and you’re ready to go. I was able to program it to be my TVs remote (which was lost) so it saved me from buying another remote! I’m tempted to replace my old fire stick remote just to have the convenience of one remote on my other tv.

Our old remote got lost somehow. Decent price on open-box and I was able to pick it up curbside right away! But thank goodness for MannyFresh on YouTube for showing how to connect it to my existing stick because it came w/ no directions.

When I purchase products at best Buy, I am confident they will be excellent. So far, they have not disappointed me. This remote is no different. It works as stated on ANY firestick!!!

I don’t know what happened to my original remote, but I am sure glad they sell them separately so that I was able to replace it. I have no idea what I would have done if I couldn’t find a replacement remote.

I upgraded to this remote from the older model. Best remote I have ever had. I love being able to have one remote to handle everything and not two different ones. Easy to step up and use!

Nice product, turns out you don’t need this stuff anymore though and I bought a couple of them and they’ve been sitting on a shelf in my garage and now all the TVs come with the stuff loaded so I wasted money.

I purchased all new firesticks to replace the older versions. I love that the new remote can control the TV power and volume. The speed is a lot faster as well, which was my reason to replace the older sluggish models.

We had lost our remote for our fire stick and was using my phone to change back and fourth. Than I came across the replacement control and it works perfect.

I bought this to replace a missing Alexa remote to the Firestick I purchased last year. It took awhile to get it reconnected to the TV and had re-enter all my info but, once I did, it worked just fine. Kids use it to watch Netflix and YouTube

This is even better than the original I had to replace! It does exactly what I really need it to without all kinds of extra junk I never use on a remote. And now I only need the one remote instead of two!

This was much needed, after losing one during a move. Synced easily to my firestick, and made sure to buy a glow in the dark case to make sure not to lose it

I replaced the remote control that came with my Fire TV Cube (the original Fire TV Cube didn't come with the volume control remote) and it has been great adding volume and mute control to my Fire Cube.

I love Fire TV sticks because they're durable and last. The only thing is take care of the remote because replacements cost the same as buying a new one.
