Not crazy about Alexa+ yet, I think it needs more work as Alexa is slow to respond when this is active. Too used to quick responses from Alexa

The Alexa + is fun. The stand (optional) is great in that it allows us to adjust the camera and angle of the device. The picture is clear, sound quality is good. The only downside at all is that I could have "upgraded" through Amazon for a bit less, but I love the warranty aspect of Best Buy.

I read some reviews about ads but I am not having that issue. The AI is awesome. You can carry on a conversation and the AI remembers what you were talking about. Their is still a learning curve for the AI but the AI eventually gets with the program. I am impressed with this device. I have been an electronic technician for 25 years and I love technology. You cannot compare the old AI to the new AI. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Great Upgrade from Echo Show 1

Hard to transfer devices

However, i had a really hard time setting it up, as it was an upgrade from an old model Show 10. All of my devices are attached to the 10, and I cant figure out how to transfer them over, so i am stuck right now with 2 nearly identical devices sitting in my kitchen. I wish it came with better instructions

The vibrant Full‑HD 11" display gives you a lot more viewing area, and the picture quality is crisp from any angle. Spatial audio makes music, videos, and calls sound fuller and more immersive than previous models. Alexa+ responds quickly, and the larger screen makes smart‑home controls feel more intuitive. The Graphite finish looks sleek on the counter. Overall, a great addition to any smart home.

I really like it, highly recommended!

I like the feature of bigger screen, text scrolling, and security. Audio volume seems ok, but thought would be better for this price point! Is the screen supposed to go black once it hits the evening?

Regarding the audio volume, the Echo Show 11 features room-filling spatial audio with dual full-range drivers and a 2.8" woofer, designed to deliver a rich listening experience. If you feel the volume could be improved, you can adjust the equalizer settings through the Alexa app to better suit your preferences. As for the screen going black in the evening — this is actually an intentional feature! The Echo Show 11 uses an ambient light sensor to automatically adjust screen brightness based on the lighting in your room. When the room gets darker in the evening, the screen will dim significantly or appear to go black as part of its automatic Night Mode. You can customize this behavior by going to Settings, then Display, and adjusting the Night Mode settings. You have three options: Automatic Night Mode (uses the ambient light sensor), Scheduled Night Mode (you set specific start and stop times), or you can disable Night Mode altogether if you prefer the screen to stay at its normal brightness in the evening.
