Excellent Product. Great Sound Clarity. The display was much larger than expected.

Display is vibrant and does everything my older model did, just in a larger screen. The one thing I dislike is that they do not sell/manufacture the base like the older models that moves automatically and has a built-in speaker. As the base is sold separately--can't really fault this item too much.

I was surprise how nice this unit is. I read some reviews about ads but I am not having that issue. The AI is awesome. You can carry on a conversation and the AI remembers what you were talking about. Their is still a learning curve for the AI but the AI eventually gets with the program. I am impressed with this device. I have been an electronic technician for 25 years and I love technology. You cannot compare the old AI to the new AI. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

I like it. I had the old echo show 5 and upgraded to this one. the responsiveness from Alexa is better than the previous model. I dislike the fact there is not a camera cover like the other model had. I taped a piece of paper over mine because I dont ever use that feature for anything and it's a little creepy. lol.

We bought this device two weeks ago for our new home and put it on the breakfast bar. We use it to watch the news and listen to music when we are downstairs. We love the clarity of both the screen and the music and I even bought a second echo show 11 for our daughter and son-in-law and their home.

I had a 15 inch that was too big and awkward for my kitchen. Bought this and put 15 inch in bed room and this is the perfect size for recipes, shows, and music while cooking.

Had prior version for over 7 years. After it stopped working, purchased this. Sound quality is great with more clear image. Recommend getting stand as well.

this alexa is the best purchase i have made out of all the ones i have got i installed it in my kitchen so i can watch my shows and cook or do dishes i really enjoy it

I love this Amazon Echo 11. The screen is a great size and it is so easy to set up and use.

Best upgrade ever! We use her more now than ever. She sits on our breakfast island and all of us including kids, and grandiose it! Works great and does so much more.

This thing is a great little kitchen computer / tv. Pros: - Kitchen TV - Works with my eufy cameras - good speaker - Alexa can make grocery lists and help with recipes. Cons: - Most of the streaming apps are in a browser rather than a native app which feels clunky and Alexa won't put on a show for you, you have to swipe through it like a tablet. - Alexa is overbearing with the suggestions. - the AI tries to make quips about literally everything you say for example if you say, "Alexa add pasta sauce to the list" she will say something like "Pasta sauce added to the list, pasta is a great easy weeknight meal"

The subwoofer in this item is amazing. It sounds really good and has great sound. It has a feature as well in Amazon photos where you can show case your photos across the screen.

Very easy to install, everything in the box, works perfectly, really makes things easier, such as listening to music, selecting your favorite singer, or other things like activating the home security system when you leave. I really like it, highly recommended!

We upgraded from the Echo Show 2nd gen to this Echo Show 11 and love it. The Alexa + is fun. The stand (optional) is great in that it allows us to adjust the camera and angle of the device. The picture is clear, sound quality is good. The only downside at all is that I could have "upgraded" through Amazon for a bit less, but I love the warranty aspect of Best Buy.

I love my Echo show 11. Anytime friend come over the house they ask me what it is. I get an opertunaty to show it off. I give it 5 stars.
