This is very hard to integrate with my echo studios. Even the geek squad were having difficulties. Mine sometimes work and sometimes doesn't. When it does work it makes a significant boom/bass and sound significantly better than without.

Same as the echo plus, music doesn’t sound as good as apples HomePod and I couldn’t use it as a speaker for the tv

i love this thing. it comes in so handy i dont ever want to go back to not having it. it just makes life so much nicer now you have to get one for yourself

Didn’t work straight out of the book. The seal on the box was cut when I picked it up. Kind of disappointed because this was a Christmas gift. Ordered another. I believe it was a previous return.

I paired mine with an echo studio, and added bass is negligible. Sub seems capable of more but equalizer settings are limited. Don’t waste your money.

Sad. No better than Panasonic..No power, no loud bass... pathetic..

We have 5 alexas in out home, all work great! Bought one of these speakers, hooked up but never played music, called amazon help line, spent two hours on the phone for them to say it must be bad, exchanged for another, after an hour of messing with it, finally got it to work. Doesnt have much base at all unless u turn the music up to loud, unplugged the sub to see the difference in base, never worked again. These speakers are garbage, dont waste your time, guess thats why bestbuy doesnt keep them in stock.

Definitely adds some punch that fills the room... Highly recommended.

my entire house is set with alexas but this product was a disappointment … I was expecting more base from it … it was back in the box in less than a day...

Do not not Alexa products. The software is garbage. You will spend countless hours dealing with technical issues and in the end you will sell this garbage and buy a real sound bar and sub.

I have many Amazon products And this is definitely the worst product, I bought it I was very excited and had high expectations, but it did not surprise me at all when I connected it to the other speakers that I have to interference and it never worked well. I returned it within a few days. It is not worth buying.

These speakers paired are horrible. When they are individually place they are fine. Hard to enjoy music in a room with only one speaker. Terrible !!!

This did nothing to enhance the sound at our home.

I ordered this sub with two Echo Plus, the sound is good with 360 technology. It's room fulfilling but not as loud with my old school set up down in my basement. The pair system is so buggy, sometimes just one speaker is working, sometimes the sub is not working. I have to unplug the system to work again. Btw I'm using Comcast with Night Hawk router, so it's pretty fast and stable. This set up only worked with online amazon music. Doesn't work with Bluetooth and external wired audio. I'm still keeping it hoping they will improve it in the future.

This is a must have if you have the Echo studio as a home theater where you pair 2 echo studio. Addition of this sub takes the echo studio to a different dimension. It's so immersive. The setup is bit tricky and volume controls are with voice (which is not so great) unless you have a fire remote with volume and mute buttons. I have a Bose home theater which is way more expensive. The sound quality of the echo studio paired with the sub is almost close with the Bose home theater system. The echo studio is perfect for a standard living room with a flat screen TV. However, if you have a dedicated home theater with a projector, this set up is not recommended.

The product was very used even though I paid for a new device. The box had a big hole at the top edge that clearly showed damage to the item. Not sure what Best Buy was thinking with this transaction.
