To pricey $131 after taxes not worth it. Speaker quality is bad. You can buy in same amount Fire 4K stick and Echo 5 . Sorry Amazon you guys need to improve your product quality.

Doesn't take commands easily. you ask it to find a specific show and it Brings up music. It doesn't link up to the apps already on the tv so you have to download them again and put in the passwords and all of that. The box is not far away in my small living room and still we have to shout at it a few times Annoying.

Out of all my firetv’s this is the only one with connectivity issues. I have to reset this one about once a month. Otherwise it is fine

Liked a lot of the features but but when I discovered that it was not compatible with the Spectrum app back to the store it went! "Will stick with Roku".

This crazy thing kept shutting down with the screen going black, then the Dolby Vision icon would appear in the the right upper corner. In addition, it did not play well with Netflix. There was clearly some type of compatibility issue where Netflix would terminate a stream after approximately 10 minutes. I returned it to Best Buy and went back to my trusty Roku Ultra. In my opinion, Amazon needs to go back to the drawing board with this thing.

How could this expensive product not work with other Amazon devices on my network? I like the Black Box, but I quickly returned this product.

WELL TO START OUT WITH I HAVE SPECTRUM AND THIS DIDN'T WORK WITH IT. DISAPPOINTING AND HAD TO PURCHACE A DIFFERENT BRAND

Dolby vision works in 1080p only will not play 4k . bad handshake issue with HDMI causing occasional drop outs and other issues. both of these issues are widely talked about on the internet so hopefully a firmware update will be released soon

The idea is great and if Alexa worked the way she should it would be an awesome add to any home entertainment system. However, she only works when she wants and wasn’t consistent with her actions when given a task to complete. I’m an Apple guy and wished I had stuck with the Apple TV instead even without the voice commands. The fire cube was very slow. Wound up returning for a refund.

Cube needs constant resetting for Hulu! A pain, don’t know. If it’s box or Hulu.

Did not like that you have to run everything off the Amazon platform.

Terrible! I have a great 4k TV that's coming up on a couple years old, so it's started to drag a bit on the smart apps. I decided to grab a fire cube to remedy the situation. I have to unplug the cube every day or two. The device randomly freezes and becomes completely unresponsive. Updates and resets so not help.

I only kept my Cube for a week and returned it for another Firestick as it was defective. After spending hours setting it up and loading it with all my favorite APK's, it totally froze up and became unresponsive.

Bought it with high hopes of being able to control my TV with Alexa. You can turn the TV on and off, but for every other function, you have to hit the microphone function on the included remote for every other thing!! Totally stupid. I’m sure the next reiteration will have what people think this one was supposed to do. Just returned it.

Very disappointed,these 2 boxes stop working after about a month. the remote stop working on both Fire TV Cubes. Unacceptable I have tried to contact your tech support with no assistance.

I went through two of these in a matter of two weeks time. It was the most frustrating experience ever. DO NOT PURCHASE. It just doesn't work the way it is supposed to.

Purchased July 31 Connected August 2 Died September 1 Only used a few hours each week. Connected through surge protector. Trouble shooting guide says replace power cord.
