Didn’t want to purchase this but the old boxes are too slow. Way more memory and much faster.

Very easy to install. Very easy to use. Cut the cord, save yourself a bundle of cash.

A lot faster than the fire tv stick. Unlike the built in Alexa and it controls surround sound system.

The fire tv cube was added to allow voice on/off of a tv and provide Alexa device in that room as well. Works great for that purpose.

Went from an Apple TV 4K to this device in my Home Theater due to issues with connectivity. No connectivity issues experienced so far. Apple TV 4K does have SLIGHTLY better picture. Audio is same. Both support Dolby Atmos. I have this on a projector, so I have not tested for Dolby Vision. All in all a great device. Extremely recommended for those that use Alexa devices.

I have many firesticks in my house. This is a whole different monster. My 4 yr old can tell it what shows to watch and does it through verbal comands all day long. So if you wanna stop trying to find the remote... this is the setup for you.. You can even tell it to turn the volume up and down. Works great with a crown and coke as well. Highly recommended!!!

I wanted to get this instead of the Fire stick to use with my home theater system as I'm planning on using the Alexa to control my components (eventually). And it's on of the only streaming devices where I can get Apple TV without having to buy an actual Apple TV. It works exactly how I wanted it to. I hooked it up with an ethernet cable to my network switch. No lags in the streaming.

So far, so good. We just bought this, so we could give our old stick to a family member. I like that it can hard wired directly to the modem, which in theory should help the speed of downloads. It can act as a true Alexa device, as well, if you don't already have one, OR turn off the mic, so it doesn't hear you and respond if you already have another device in the same room.

This unit is much better than a Fire Stick. It does not freeze or lag as much. Has a stronger processor and more storage. Alexa is built in.

We bought the Amazon Fire Cube to upgrade from our Amazon Fire TV Stick And it was well worth it. We now have all of our accounts in one spot for ease of use. We have Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+, and Amazon and it’s been wonderful to switch back and forth to watch our shows and movies. Would absolutely recommend to reduce the amount of devices but still be able to watch all of your shows.
