    I was really excited about this when I ordered it. The wife and I use it in bed, tired of searching for a remote. It does help with that and it controls the tv which is awesome! The issue is the navigation is just not great via voice. Maybe later software updates will solve that. But if you tell it to skip ahead, you also have to tell it to play. Or if you tell it to mute, you have to manually pause/unpause it. Just gets irritating navigating.

    Had a firestick, which kept buffering on WiFi, so I decided to get a better system and a wired connection. This was the best decision ever, no more buffering.

    Purchased as a gift. Voice recognition was just a bit off, but we changed the prompt to wake it up for commands so that may have been the issue.
