Not bad Alexa is a bit difficult with 3rd party apps

I like the hole idea of not having to pay for Satellite TV. But sometimes I can't get the TV to turn on and off. If we don't have good Internet service it doesn't work very well. I get frustrated with it easily

Well it works poorly at best. I bought it as part of a home internment system for my Retirement. (a gift for ME).. I also paid for the Geek Squad installment and all the extra warranties! What a nightmare this this thing has become. Over the past 18 Months Geek squad still can't get it to do what they promised it would do. Geek Squad has been the WORST servicer that I have ever received and I'm 61 years old. That should tell you something!! Do yourself a favor, lor Flavor, Go guy yourself a $50.00 Ciguard and light it with a $50 dollar Bill.. You will enjoy it more than dealing with Geek Squad service!!!!!!!!!

This thing doesn’t work as advertised. Your apps are too many clicks away plus it repeatedly cut off in the middle of use. The only good thing about it is Alexa somewhat because she understands you better than other voice responsive AI...but even that was buggy. Alexa got stuck in listening mode which made the box unusable for about 12 hours. I even unplugged it and it still didn’t work properly when I plugged it back in. I returned it shortly after.

I don’t see any difference from the Amazon stick, I was looking for a better experience than that. It seems to be just just square box in front of my tv. I don’t see any difference in what was featured.

After one year it started having trouble in connection and we have no warranty so can’t do anything. Poor quality product.

This device is a great idea but very poor execution. Hardware is very substandard as the device randomly pauses on its own after about 5 hours of streaming which takes a reset to fix.

I think if I had a different tv it would work better, spent too much time yelling at it. I am a lover of Alexa, but this one was out of my ease of use scope

The cube didnt detect the other HDMI ports. Called Amazon support and they said it may not be capable. It was a gift for my elderly mother who has some difficulty with her hands. Had to return it.

I really wanted to like this. Unfortunately it didn't work like I thought it would. maybe it's for some one else but not for me. I'd rather just use he FireTV 4k. Glad I tried it though.

This thing is just “ok”. Alexa built in is nice but thats where it ends. Im constantly having to go back to my ROKU to do basic streaming. For whatever reason, the ESPN app buffers like crazy on Fire TV, but performs perfectly on ROKU. Also, whats the deal with no HBO MAX and XFINITY STREAM apps? Whats the point of having an expensive device when I constantly have to fall back on my built in ROKU?? Kind of feels worthless

the thing barely works but i like that it can actually turn off and on the tv. sometimes you get frustrated changing the channels and the thing barely hears you

I had very high expectations from this product but had a lot of issues linking the LG TV and Xfinity box to the cube. The other fire tv functions work fine.

I like Amazon devices and have several. This is a good device. My only complaint is that it was harder to set up than other Amazon devices such as the Fire stick.

This device is nice, and has some really cool functionality, but have found that it can be glitchey at times. Could possibly fixed with software updates, but we'll see.

The Amazon fire stick is a better option. I was not happy with this purchase didn’t even come with the must have hdmi cable so that is a separate purchase.

This was a Christmas gift from my husband. Our TV does not support this we do not have the places or cable for it. I wish she hadn’t purchased it.

It uses a separate HDMI connection and the TV remote is needed at times to change inputs. This did not work well for old parent who has vision problems. I returned it.

These things are getting more and more glitchy. I have 5 now but the newer it is the more glitchy it gets. This one travels with me.

Works great but won’t wake up. I have it connected to Yamaha receiver and to have to manually unplug cube to get cube to wake up for viewing. Extremely annoying!
