Attempted to return but I was past the deadline and technically it works. Guess be a high level long-term customer.

If it were something that was necessity I would’ve gotten around to it sooner but I have Apple TV for my living room system and the only reason I bought this fire cube thing was that all of the points that I had accrued were being taken back by Best Buy so I had to spend my points on something even though I wanted another Apple TV system for the bedroom I have lost a great deal of points so I opted to buy something lesser and I guess I got something lesser. Thank you very much Best Buy for taking away points that’s why I bought my washer and dryer from Home Depot instead of you.

Horrible Interface

The biggest issue is the HORRIBLE home screen. Full of ads and promotions that make the home screen inefficient and unpleasant to interface with. Amazon is forcing ads and apps on you every time you use the device. You can side load launchers to address this but it appears the latest update to the device breaks this option. NOT recommended!

PAUSES RANDOMLY

I took one back to Best Buy got a new one spent hours on the phone with Amazon and yet again when watching YOUTUBE TV or Netflix it will play for 10-15 minutes and then pause. You have to hot play every 10-20 minutes. That is annoying. Going back to the FireStick until the geniuses at amazon figure this out
