Must have gotten a Lemon. Need to replace

After each show screen goes black. Select 1 showand domething else plays. If I pause it stops playing or only sound and no visual.

Great Media Device

MY TV IS ON FIRE

Family can find their favorite shows with the help of "Alexa" and even work hands-free by turning on and off the device and opening and closing apps. I was testing this device head to head with a "Free" streaming box offered by my ISP but it's hands down the "WINNER"!!!

The new remote feels a lot better as well not like the 1st or 2nd gen that feel cheap and like a toy

missing add skip

The remote pre-set buttons have two of my channels, others have to be searched. It would be nice to be able to assign them. The ability to skip adds, I have not found.
