You are now able to scroll up and down the home screen to navigate the home screen with your voice. Voice search works fairly well. Amazon has now included a browser and you tube is available via Firefox or Silk.

cooking skills dont work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.look up the reviews for the cooking skills and they are garbage ! 2 hours on the phone with amazon and it never got fixed . commercial makes it look like it works but she cant even find one recipe. honestly they should take that commercial down period until they fix the all recipes app/skill! everything else seems to work with the device .

Great overall entertainment options

If I did not already get free cable cause I work for the cable company then I'd drop regular cable and just use this. There is simply more option than anyone would have time to watch.

Good but so is the less expensive Fire Stick

I bought the cube for my 80 year old mother who uses Alexa thinking this would make it easier for her to access movies on Amazon Prime and Netflix. I don’t think its all that much easier than the Fire Stick which costs less and takes up a lot less space.

Excellent interface

I love amazon's interface but it does not support VUDU without doing some workarounds. Also, noticed sometimes when I turn off the TV, the sound for whatever was streaming still plays through the cube's speaker, so it never seems to fully shut down.

Cutting the cord

Gives us all our local networks. Has a lot of other steaming apps but our main ones are Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video, and HBO. Total cost about 1/2 what our Dish bill ran.
