When we set this up it was awesome, but slowely it has lost functionality. We are a full Alexa household, we have two fire tv sticks, 4 full echos, 2 echo dots, 1 echo spot and 1 echo show! Was very excited about voice controls for the TV but now it no longer turns on / off the TV, we have redone the setup twice, it finds and connects to the TV but won't actually control it anymore. Also it has a speaker similar to a dot to communicate to you with, however when you ask for music and the TV isnt' on, it turns the TV on which is a bit annoying when you just want to hear music, not engage the TV. I think bugs still need to be worked out...

Works great just like all Amazon devices do. However, voice sensitivity is not as good as my other Dots seem to be. Sometimes I have to shout at it to get it to work. Also does not support drop in feature which I use a ton, so now I have to have a Dot and this Fire Cube TV in the same room. Would have loved to replace the the Dot. So I end up not using this for anything other then viewing TV. I still use my Dot for everything else because it is more accurate and has all features. Also this does not seem to be any faster then my Fire 4k sticks in other rooms. In hind site, I should have saved money and bought the 4k stick instead.

Love the hands free tv and fire cube operation. But you lose some Alexa operations. Only plays music through TV, lose ability to get Alexa messages, make Alexa calls. Hands free tv operation and fire tv operations excellent.

Does stream 4K content, however I have found often an app for streaming (say for example History channel) will freeze, quit, reboot on its own - a daily occurrence thus far.

A good product but Had a bit of trouble pairing Alexa with Directv, but after finding a helpful vid on YouTube I was able to get them to work together. After all items are paired, I’m happy to say all is working well

With all the other streaming devices out there this one is not up to par. I like the cube concept which is pretty cool, but the functions are pretty much the same as the amazon fire. It’s also not as user friendly as my Roku is, but I jumped on it for the design. I’m not really sure how this eliminates my cable box because it doesn’t support xfinity or at least I haven’t been able to figure that out at all! I would not recommend this product.

Didn't buy it for me. The old folks in the house love it, cause then they don't have to use the remote. I think it's dumb, they are always yelling at it. lol! A remote and my phone for looking up things on amazon is good enough for me. :)

Not too happy at moment with functionality of this device with my cable provider which was not on the list with Fire Cube. Was also told there were free programs I would be able to access and am not finding any

First: make sure you purchase an HDMI cable. Big enough to place Lil Square Alexa two feet away from speakers and still attach to viewing device. The instructions are simple an you will be up and watching {or Experimenting} in 20 minutes.

It works good and controls my lights, door and tv. The only problem is if I am watching tv and ask it to do something it doesn’t go back to what I was watching. It starts back up at the Amazon main menu.

Easy setup, great remote, wireless setup was easy, and it worked on the first go. I just wish it had an ethernet connection, all depends on wireless. Certainly a good box and great voice remote.

Has good features but does not work very well to have any additional Echo devices in the same room as the other echo devices will not pair with this

This has much better HD processing and storage than my 2nd generation Fire TV 4k unit. Alexa can get confused easily which shouldn't be a surprise to anyone familiar with that interface.

Bestbuy is my trusted site for any electronics purchase. I bought it while it was on sale, easy to setup and just like that I am ready to start streaming my favorite movies.

It's exact the same generation before it except you can turn it on with your voice and more expensive. I didn't notice any difference.

Me and my family have enjoyed the abilty to get information whenever needed just by asking Alexa. We have had fun finding all the ways to use her. I only wished she could clean my house for me! Lol!

This is the coolest of the cool. Add in all the blue tooth and smart tech gadgets and you've got a complete home automation station. Plus the home entertainment factor? Best option on the market.

It need’s a little work on amazon’s end with certain voice recognitions. And it will conflict with ARC a little. But overall I managed it out. And it works fine.

when I upgraded my tv to 4K Ultra I didn't have a voice remote so I purchased this Cube. am enjoying I but am not sure that it is worth $80 & & antother $30 for a HDMI Cable.

Setup was not intuitive with direct tv. Documentation is sorely missing. Once I got it up, it works great when combined with the new Direct TV skill.
