Questionable packaging?!

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So when I received this cube the packaging seemed tampered with because the plastic sealing around the cube and remoter were not on perfectly. And the installation took a little extra time but eventually it ended up working and it’s been working great ever since. If I have any problems I will return!

Lots of glitches with performance, updates, connection drops, etc. Had to return -- turns out per Best Buy, they knew this model was from 2022 but wasnt sure why it was still on the shelves. Recommendation - always check the year the product was made and make sure it has the most recent wifi, networking and memory needs for current year requirements. (2025)

Get one for every TV you'll be glad you did. Once you do check the internet for what all you can do with it. I like that you can connect a Bluetooth headset.
