I have had this for 2 months and I'm still calling the tech support trying to get them to fix the glitches I'm almost tired of waiting and going to return it I'm trying to be respectful cuz things take time but it's getting ridiculous not a happy customer getting pop up notifications all the time they say they're trying to fix it but I bought this almost 2 months ago

Well I don't like the other buttons at the bottom of the remote. Other than that it basically the same. I just so happened to get it on sale.

It’s ok. Not worth the higher cost of upgrading from previous cube. Didn’t benefit from the additional hdmi in/out port. Thought by connecting my ps5 on this cube, it would eliminate my Samsung tv from switching hdmi input port when gaming. Seems it’s the tv causing it. Also, my sound bar configuration gets screwed up when ps5 connected directly to the cube.

It’s nice, I had an issue getting it to work at first, but it was an easy fix! Love the product and it’s rly fun to mess around with

Better operation when multiple apps installed. Firebox 2 has no support for wifi 6. Overall very pleased with product performance and new remote has a couple better features as well.
