    Same as other brand. Easy to navigate. But sometimes you have to reset coz the voice command doesn't work.

    It does not have upscale or doesn’t do it as good as a nvidia shield, the sound is also not as good as the shield, I would expect this device to have better performance that a three year old device. Not a bad product though, it can control your tv using Alexa.

    Started trying streaming devices just recently. The cube feels so far like a good combo of a well rounded smart streaming device with a HDMI input that turns it into a sort of receiver. Talking to Alexa through the cube is a fun addon.

    The RJ45 port is only 100mbs, slow in terms of todays standard, also locked up all the time. I returned and got a google TV streamer with 1000mbs port.

      Regarding the Frequent Lockups: For anyone still using the Fire TV Cube and experiencing lockups, here are some steps that can help resolve the issue:

      Restart the Device — Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Restart, or unplug the power cable, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
      Clear App Cache — Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications, select problematic apps, and choose Clear Cache.
      Free Up Storage — Uninstall unused apps to ensure the device has adequate storage and memory headroom.
      Check for Software Updates — Go to Settings > My Fire TV > About > Check for Updates to ensure the latest firmware is installed.

    The cube doesn't work nearly as well as the Firestick. Some applications do not integrate well. Icons on side loaded apps are blank. It freezes occasionally and has to be restarted quite a bit. The speed and resolution, realistically, are about the same as the firestick, so, if you're not stuck on the "hey alexa" voice control feature, or absolutely need the extra memory, skip this device and keep the stick.

    Its easy to setup. Audio isnt the loudest. Audio isnt for the device you connect to hdmi. Its only for alexa and playing music.

    I love it, much better than the first Gen. But it keeps losing connection with my tv! That is very frustrating! I returned it for a replacement and the second one is doing the same thing. I'm using a Samsung 4k tv and a Monster 4k cable.

    Dealing with some glitches, such as two apps playing (one in background), and unable to close without rebooting. Was hoping this would be an upgrade from the fire stick but so far, no luck.
