It SURELY is a little pricey, but IF you are looking for the all-in-one, this is it. I use it on the 77" LG OLED C2, through a Denon 4k UHD passthrough capable receiver. Once I got everything set up, this has been nothing but ROCK SOLID since its release, (yes I preordered it and put swapped out my gen 2 for this) before that, I was using the 4k MAX, and that thing is a beast. This is another level. Its easily the fastest one I have used. (of all streaming media players) and if they were maybe $99, I would have them in every corner of my house. Good Job Amazon!

Its basically just an overpriced 2 in 1 device which works great when the operator is a septua/octagenarian, because it has an HDMI in as well, which allows for voice control of cable television. I think this is really the primary use. For enthusiasts, its just a REALLY expensive Fire TV Stick 4K Max. The reason i got this is that it was advertised to be capable of reading ntfs drives. This is false. FAT32 remains the only file system it can read. Overall, massive disappointment and it made me swear off streaming devices for my secondary entertainment purposes (Apple TV 4K is still my primary though, and the undefeated goat of streaming devices).

My experience with this fire cube isn't as great as I hoped. After a week of usage , it became really buggy and it no longer turns on/off my tv via Alexa. It also started having issues automatically switching audio to my pair of echo dot 5th gen. Also, when paired with my echo dots via home entertainment, the sound was really glitchy. Too bad.
