It has built in memory so if I close the app I can easily reopen it and pick up where I left off. The built in Alexa is a SMART home assistant and controls ordering items from pizza to groceries for my SMART fridge. The device also provides stellar 4k visuals and it’s HDMI pass through allowed me to connect my me Lenovo Legion GO up to it without having to use a second HDMI slot on my TV. Thank your sales team for me…. They had convinced me to take a chance on it and I’m glad I did!

I would recommend it and I think the xtra money is well worth the memory space I gained.

I love how it integrates all my entertainment hubs into one simple device. It's so convenient for controlling everything with just my voice. However, it was a bummer that I couldn't set up a kids' profile. My toddler is too young to navigate the adult interface without getting into things he shouldn't. It would be awesome if they added that feature so my son could enjoy it more safely.

So I replaed it with the 3rd generation. Wow what a difference. Everything worked snappy again. I love the voice commands and it works great.
