Im hooked on fire tv, i droped all my paid apps and even amazon prime, this little box does it all, if u know how to jail break it

Works great. I hate the remote but I hate all the smart TV remotes because they don’t have numbers on them and you have to scroll through everything to get to the channels but other than that it’s awesome.

The only negative that I see is the lousy 100 MB per second ethernet port. In 2025 this should be a gigabit port.

It's a decent streamer if you don't need to play AC3 or EAC3. It sends those formats as PCM stereo and reading forums it's been a problem since over a year ago. Weird that I don't recall my Fire Stick 4k Max having this problem. Surround output is way weaker than my Shield and needs read tuning levels when switching inputs. Prime app is worse than Google TV android app mainly because of seeking. You're either constantly moving forward or constantly moving back. There is not stop at key points with a preview like on every other android streamer. It's more powerful than the Nvidia Shield Pro 2019, but not better for my use. I swear I can't find a suitable replacement and it's been 5 years now.

So much better than the 1st gen. The 1st gen I ended up not using after some time because it was too slow, but Amazon definitely stepped up with this version. The cube works better than the Nividia shield and Alexa built in is a great feature too!

I’ve had trouble with some of the earlier versions of this. But so far this one here seems to be working better like I said, the jury is still out. The Alexa part seems to work a lot better on the version three

Easy set up and great for streaming. Not big or bulky so it looks good on top of my cabinet.

i bought the cube for the purpose of using the usb flash socket to watch movies in 4k i found the ease of operation eay to navigate the menu i didnt use the alexa voice feature overall a good buy when on sale

Seems a decent amount faster than the fire stick, which I think is most likely due to the ethernet connection vs. wifi. I will be curious if it continues to stay up to date as many of mine in the past have started having issues about 2 years in.

We were having issues with our TV but they all went away when we plugged in the cube.

Wish I would have gone with this a long time ago. The firsticks work well for a period but eventually bog down. This is extremly fast, very rarely get delays during streaming.

This product is amazing, especially when you have an older outdated 4k Television not able to update apps. Instead of buying a new television, the Fire cube with remote is similar to feeding your 4K television steroids. The picture quality is superior and the functionality of Alexa is like having a servant at your beckons call.

Great addition to any tv simple to setup. Not to mention the way to add bee-tv

Every thing I thought it was and more. I was able to set it up with little effort. Well worth the money. Highly recommended.
