    Great streaming device, setup is fairly easy, thousands of youtube videos for app installation and how to navigate, we've had firecube for years and has plenty of storage space and Alexa voice activation, highly recommended.

    This is my second 4k firecube. I have had one in tv room for a couple of years. I was satisfied, because it supports all the apps. I am wowed by this newest model. Alexa is much smarter and the response time is hugely improved. I did not realize how clunky my old one is. And the old one is on Ethernet, so you’d think it would be faster, right? Bottom line the newest model is great! I recommend it.

    works but not as good as my 1st one has problems with voice commands , turning tv off and on and still not working and sound issues for some reason with my lg tv i may return for an exchange

      Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help resolve these issues. For voice command problems, try moving the Fire TV Cube away from other speakers or devices that may interfere with the microphone, and ensure the device software is up to date by going to Settings > My Fire TV > About > Check for Updates. For the TV power on/off issue, go to Settings > Equipment Control > Manage Equipment and re-run the setup for your LG TV to ensure the correct IR and HDMI-CEC settings are configured. Make sure HDMI-CEC (called "SimpLink" on LG TVs) is enabled in your TV's settings. For the sound issues, check that the audio output settings on the Fire TV Cube match your setup by going to Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio, and try switching between audio formats such as Stereo, Dolby Digital, or Best Available to see which works best with your LG TV.
