    If you like Firestick but hate how it can lag, Cube is your fix. Can easy take it with you traveling. I dont pay for hotel movies, i always have my movie, news etc profile ready to go.

    If you have a fire cube 2 or a fire stick Max I urge you not to buy. If your going from a original fire cube or just a 4k fire stick then I could see a upgrade being warranted. However the main problem is the fire tv operating system with ads galore that slows everything down. The upscaling is nice but the shields AI upscaling is better in every way. This was a let down to be honest.

    I love it. There is so much to watch on tv, I turned in my cable box. It's the first timer me with Alexa. I don't have to use the remote but I still do to surf the channels. Old saying... I wish I had gotten me one of these a long time ago.

    I chose the cube over the fireTV stick because the cube has more RAM (storage for apps). I sometimes had to remove apps to make room for others on the stick.

    Works great! Used everyday! Only give 4 stars because it’s just not as smooth as other streaming devices. With that said the quality is as advertised.

    Initially buying with the best intentions, however turns out this Cube - which was recently bought (in May 2025), tha looked new in the box was actually from 2022... Lots of glitches with performance, updates, connection drops, etc. Had to return -- turns out per Best Buy, they knew this model was from 2022 but wasnt sure why it was still on the shelves. Recommendation - always check the year the product was made and make sure it has the most recent wifi, networking and memory needs for current year requirements. (2025)
