    Same as other brand. Easy to navigate. But sometimes you have to reset coz the voice command doesn't work.

    Started trying streaming devices just recently. The cube feels so far like a good combo of a well rounded smart streaming device with a HDMI input that turns it into a sort of receiver. Talking to Alexa through the cube is a fun addon.

    The cube doesn't work nearly as well as the Firestick. Some applications do not integrate well. Icons on side loaded apps are blank. It freezes occasionally and has to be restarted quite a bit. The speed and resolution, realistically, are about the same as the firestick, so, if you're not stuck on the "hey alexa" voice control feature, or absolutely need the extra memory, skip this device and keep the stick.

    I love it, much better than the first Gen. But it keeps losing connection with my tv! That is very frustrating! I returned it for a replacement and the second one is doing the same thing. I'm using a Samsung 4k tv and a Monster 4k cable.

    Bought the fire cube in July of 2024. Shortly after it was past its returnable date unless I do the big inconvenient manufacture return it staryed doing weird glitch stuff like showing bright red static screen while then showing the actual picture then back to red static. It goes offline all the time and everytime it gets an updaye it forces a log in to all my streaming services saying it's a new device. My disneyplus.com has locked me out because it keeps seeing new device every couple of weeks to which I have to call disneyplus.com tech support to verify it's actually my cube in my home. Dont waste your money on this cube.

Your device is functioning in a way that none of our Fire TV Cubes are supposed to. I know you mentioned that you are currently out of the exchange policy with Best Buy so I would recommend contacting Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 for additional troubleshooting if you haven't already as there are a few troubleshooting steps they may recommend that could resolve your issue. They can also discuss what options are available to you otherwise. A typical software update (which we do to ensure that you have the latest patches for resolving any glitches and continuously improve upon your experience) should not require you to log back in to your apps and services every time. I apologize again for the trouble you are having and I hope we are able to resolve your issue and get you the premium experience you should be having with your Fire Cube.     Have to say this is disappointing. There are annoying audio syncing issues, which Amazon is aware of. But their method of fixing it is kind of bizarre and it doesn't work anyway. The strangest part is that the audio sync problem is only with Amazon Prime videos. All the other streaming apps work fine. The other issue is I'm using it to control my TV, receiver, and satellite box, but everytime I tell it to turn on the TV it goes straight to Fire TV instead of the satellite. Very annoying and difficult to fix. They have their own "live tv" option which is even worse. I can't get rid of that, it's an annoying button on the remote. The worst of all is the picture quality isn't as good as Chromecast or the apps on my Samsung TV. I kind of want to return this but I'll keep trying. It's only been a month, maybe it will get better. Overall it's a bummer.

    Dealing with some glitches, such as two apps playing (one in background), and unable to close without rebooting. Was hoping this would be an upgrade from the fire stick but so far, no luck.
