They are a rip off. I purchased the wrong item. I sent it back after a month. They tell me I sent them an empty box after I kept asking where is my refund? Where is my refund? that’s the answer they gave me that I’ve mailed back an empty box never any proper customer service they brush you off and tell you you were receive a call in two days after trying for 10 times. It’s the same exact words each customer service representative tell you they have in front of them tell you how important you are and then they brush you off you never hear from them again I do not have $119 to throw away. Be careful, they all have a story and a game to play with our money

If it's on and Alexa still doesn't play music from Amazon music, unplug your Fire TV Cube for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Make sure the Fire TV Cube has the most up to date software. If these don't work, make sure you have your music streaming services added in your Alexa app. If you're still facing issues with this, please call Amazon Customer Service for additional support. I purchased this for one TV and a ROKU for my second. The ROKU I hade set up in Minutes. I spent an hour working with the Fire Cube and never did get it completely set up. I wanted to get away from my terrible Samsung menu and got one that was even worse. I had to google to get instructions on how to add and remove channel and then Spectrum wasn't even listed??? I don't get the positive reviews. Huge disappointment. Returning it for another ROKU device that actually works.

I had to do restarts every day. The exchanged unit did the same thing. I finally returned and got the Fire 4K Max, which I paired with my Echo Dot. Much much better…with no freezing issues.
