    Interface is very clunky and not very customizable at all. If yoy are heavy into th amazon ecosystem then it might be good. Amazon services are front and center and does no cross search between apps. Ended up returning.

      Hello KJKJ! I am terribly sorry for the trouble you are having with your Fire TV Cube. This is not the typical experience that we expect customers to get from this amazing device. We would love the opportunity to try to troubleshoot this with you and see if we can get you the expected enjoyment that is more typical with this device. A couple things I would like you to do is you can check the update for the device. You can do this by going to Settings>Software and Device Info>About>Check for Update. If this doesn't help, you may want to check to see if maybe you device is too far away from your Wi-Fi source. Lastly, you can call Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 to troubleshoot further or explore options available to you.
