I upgraded here rather than wait to go through Amazon because my old one was pretty dead. I like the new features- the dedicated buttons for some of my favorite apps, and having volume controls right on the same remote. I could have saved a couple bucks by going through Amazon, but my time is worth something too,

I like how the remote controls the tv and soundbar without having to use the other remotes. It doesn’t seem to have any bugs and has worked flawlessly. The remote feels flimsy compared to a Roku remote. I don’t like how Amazon prioritizes their own content.

A middle child

I had it for less than a week and after downloading apps from a previous devices it begin asking to make space. Other than that I think it's the better of two worlds. It's the middle Amazon child that performs better than it's cheaper little brother.
