better than Roku

Best firestick to date

I ordered it as a customer car side pick up but was told at time of pick I had to go in and get which was no big deal. The negative was there was limited staff so it was a bit of a wait but nothing too horrible, just longer than expected.

Great compact device for streaming various apps

Also works well when traveling which makes it easy to plug into a hotel room tv that has an HDMI plug.

Remote is lacking in functionality. It really needs to be redesigned with the theory it is going to replace all other remotes and people are going to use the fire stick as primary viewing option. Shouldn’t require 3rd party remotes.
