I added an antenna so I could get local channels and the fire stick worked fine for a few days. Now it is not working. I guess I need to "reinstall" it. That is frustrating!!!!

We are hoping this one will last longer than a year. Hoping the remote won't crap out after 6 months.

I normally love the fire stick but...

Factory resetting it fixed it but the moment I installed 2 apps, it started giving me the same issue. I never give products under 4 stars if I ever review but this is so frustrating. Thought it was a storage issue but I only used like 40% of the storage. I've followed every other "fix" online and nothing seems to permanently stick.

Here are a few additional steps to try that will hopefully fix your Fire TV Stick from running slow: Clear the app data and cache. 1. Go to Settings on your Fire TV. 2. Select Applications. 3. In Manage Installed Applications, select the app you are having trouble with. 4. Select Clear Cache, and then Clear Data. You can also try to uninstall unused apps. 1. Go to Settings on your Fire TV device. 2. Select Applications. 3. Select Manage Installed Applications. 4. Select the app you want to uninstall, and then Uninstall. 5. Follow the on-screen instructions. Lastly, make sure your Fire TV is running latest software updates: 1. Go to Settings on your Fire TV. 2. Select My Fire TV. 3. Select About. 4. Select Check for System Update. If these steps do not help and your are still disappointed with your Fire TV Stick, you can reach Amazon Customer service 24/7 for assistance.
