Works well - bought to replace Roku device

Fire TV Stick works fine, but setup was a headache

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It works fine but the instructions that came with it did not explain certain crucial details, so we discovered them through trial and error (things like how to bring up the keyboard when you're searching for something). There was also no explanation for how the different services were presented on the screen. It would be great if Best Buy personnel could prepare purchasers for these problems. Finally, the shape of the back of our TV (also a Best Buy purchase) makes it difficult to insert the Fire Stick into the HDMI portal. It would have been good to know that this might be a problem.

Little slow
