    The Fire TV Stick device works great but the software from Amazon is more limited. I own both. For example, I have Charter/Spectrum which I pay for but cannot use on the TV with the Fire TV Stick. When I search for Spectrum, it shows the name of the app but it delivers Peacock instead. Spectrum is available on Roku.

    Hello!!! I purchased a new Firestick for myself but ended up giving it to my son in college. I love the Amazon Firestick to for streaming service but what I love most was the EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service I received at the Waldorf Maryland store!! Thanks Best Buy for all you do!

    Even in 2021, the Amazon Fire TV Stick (2020) is a solid choice if you're looking for a capable and affordable streaming option. This HD streamer boasts a decent interface and some substantial improvements over its previous 2019 iteration, even if it doesn't have the 4K functionality of its newer siblings.
