Some customers & staff don't know everything

Used to be more computer literate, but I was diagnosed with MS in 1993. Computers and the language of same flew right by me. I have noticed that the younger generation(s) assume that everyone knows and/or has memorized every process and terms since the advent of the first computer.

Buttons work like a charm!

I added an antenna so I could get local channels and the fire stick worked fine for a few days. Now it is not working. I guess I need to "reinstall" it. That is frustrating!!!!
