Not only do I have so many more choices of programming but my sound and picture are better than before! I needed help setting it up and just called Amazon customer service who walked me through everything and made sure I was all set and then some. If you’re wondering whether to cut the cord, just do it! I’m sorry I paid for cable for so many years.

Perfect for non smart tvs

Plus Alexa can turn it on/off, pause, rewind, whatever if I cant find the remote. Only issues- for a while I was having to go to audio settings frequently because the audio/visual syncing was off (like people would talk but mouths moving at different time). Issue seems to come and go. Just a hassle to have to go back to settings to adjust. Sometimes glitchy with Amazon Music, and was really hard to find my playlists for some reason. Sometimes there's a delay with the remote, but that may be my internet. Overall happy. Beats the heck out of DirecTV.
