I’ve tried switching out the batteries. I’ve went on Google and tried to pair it. It’s not working.

Posted .Hi Glenda, thank you for your feedback about the navigation of the Fire TV Stick.
You can actually customize the apps on your main menu to provide a more desirable experience.
1. Use your remote to highlight the app you want to move.
(You can select the Applications icon to view all of your apps. It's located on the right end of the navigation bar on the home screen.)
2. Press the Menu button on your remote.
3. Select Move and then move the app to where you want it. I hope this information is useful. Have a great day!
