If you have a tv on a wall with no outlet behind the tv that means the cord to power this up is visible.

We are sorry you are not enjoying your Fire TV Stick. However, there is a lot of free content under the "free" tab of the Fire TV interface. You can also hit the Alexa logo and ask her to search free content as well. If you are already a prime member, Prime video is included as well. For any further questions, you can call Amazon customer service, available 24/7 for assistance on the device. You can reach them at 1-888-280-4331.

The the downside is when you use the voice control it takes you To another program. An improvement would be a new numerical keypad.
