I have 200mbps internet and wifi is close to the TV, still switching between apps is slow. to top it all, Best Buy services at the store have depreciated drastically.

Posted .Hello PSR1, it can be frustrating when your Amazon Fire TV Stick (3rd Gen) with Alexa Voice Remote (includes TV controls) does not respond correctly. It is recommended to clear your cache and store when this happens. You can do so by going to Settings-Applications-Managed Installed Applications- Select the applications and press clear cache/data.
