Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very impressed with the integration and ease of setup, BUT... after using it for a significant period of time, I realized that it has more bugs than a Bethesda version of Cyberpunk. I have problems with it loosing audio entirely or just straight crashing daily. Factory resets seem to help for a short period of time, but it seems that a significant portion of the problems are cause by including it in a "home theater" speaker group. This is a key feature advertised by amazon. I have spent countless hours pouring through "amazon technical support" which is really just forums supported by other tech savvy customers and a few official FAQs which all boil down to "perform a factory reset".

There are no written instructions on how to use and we currently are rebooting our system each time to watch TV until Geek Squad returned to retrain us. The first Geek Squad was unable to completely install the system with YouTubeTV.

Sorry to hear that your Fire TV Stick is getting stuck. Let's try some quick troubleshooting, if you haven't done these steps already:
Please restart the Fire TV Stick by unplugging it from the power socket, after 30 seconds, plug it back in. Also check the HDMI port, make sure it is not corroded and try inserting into HDMI Arc as it is the preferred one.
Make sure you have the Fire TV device plugged into a wall outlet or power strip but not into any USB socket as it causes voltage fluctuations.
If you're using any HDMI extender, please try to plug the stick in with out the extender to see if it makes any difference. If these steps do not help and you are still experiencing issues, you can reach out to Amazon Customer Support 24/7 at 1-888-280-4331. I hope this helps, have a great day!
