It is good when you can get it working but EVERY time we try to turn it on we need to spend time unplugging it and plugging it back in before it works.

When I tried to set up and log onto a streaming app that I already have, the fire stick wanted me to sign up again and it's a mess to get one of the accounts stopped and refunded.
