When you turn the tv on you have to unplug the firestick and plug it back in to get it to work. I only got it for use in my mom's room until we change from AT&T (which also sucks) to Cox .

It is a struggle to get to the programs I want. Also, it seems that every couple of days this item wants me to put the info for the wi-fi in again. It is &*&*&*. I rate this item very poorly.
