Setup was easy and everything was fine for about two weeks; then the remote would only work for power on/off and volume. Did the power on/off/remove batteries/troubleshooting suggestions on web site and it worked for another two weeks and failed again. Web site was no help and Fire Stick does not offer an 800 number.

Excellent love this item very much there are so many options and the picture quality is absolutely amazing there is literally not much this cant do as far as screen time goes lets just say hands down best in the business thanks also its super easy to use im not very tech savy and was easier able to set up and figure out with no problems very smooth set up and all around smooth process

Purchased this item online during a recent sale. Was disappointed to find that a) the box had previously been opened and b) the Fire Stick was missing from the box. Item was promptly returned to Best Buy for a full refund. The overall rating is because of Best Buy supplying an inferior item; since parts were missing I was never able to use and review the product itself.

I’m very satisfied with this TV box. It works fast, streams content in great quality, and the interface is simple and easy to use. The setup took just a few minutes, and all the apps run smoothly without delays. It’s a great way to turn any TV into a smart, user-friendly entertainment center. Definitely a great purchase — reliable, convenient, and worth the money!

Didn’t connect with my TV at all. And it definitely was a match to the TV I have.

Great for tvs with complicated on screen controls to switch inputs. Even useful for smart tv.

Fantastic! Does everything I expected and more. Watching YouTube especially is so much better than when I watched it on cable-SMOOTH fast forward and backward, no glitches like with cable tv.

It is very amazing. I think this is better than the google Dreamcast, roku, and Apple TV. Cause my son had a roku( he is the one who wanted it) he had to give it to his sister. He had to have his dads old vizio tv which came out in the mid 2010’s but anyways he connect the Amazon fire stick to it and he says it runs well and it’s the best. I got a roku tv but I don’t plan on buying one. But the fire stick is a easy 5 stars!!!

Very easy to set up very happy for someone who never used Alexa pretty funny to talk to your television and have it to what you ask. I never would’ve got married if I had this 30 years ago. Hahaha

Works great. Basically plug-and-play following instructions. Lots of variety and free tv apps included. If you have Prime Video, there are a lot of titles you can access just by speaking to Alexa.
